Fearless Flying Hypnosis Script
Script Summary:
People often ask, 'when do normal, healthy fears become phobias.' The fact is if a fear begins to limit your life, influence your decisions, or drive you to say or do things you'd rather not it's time to plan change.
It may be a shock to discover the profound truth in John F Kennedy's famous 'nothing to fear but fear itself' speech.
Discovering that the roots of your fears or phobias are in fact nothing more than fear itself may be an unpleasant surprise. But the simple fact is that all fear is... is fear.
If, for example you are afraid of cats - it's not unusual for the development of that specific fear of cats to actually have little to do with cats and everything to do with fear. Miscellaneous, arbitrary fears more than likely built inside of you over time until you needed to have an identifier, a 'thing' to pin the blame on such as cats. But you don't need to let fear control your life.
If you can't recall how a phobia arose and don't know where to start, try thinking about highly emotional hot spots in your past.
Events rife with emotions like shame and humiliation are the best place to
start. If the thought of climbing aboard a plane fills you with dread for
example you may have experienced a particularly turbulent flight or had a
near-miss experience, which in turn led to a conditioned response.
Jane Feinmann reported in the The Belfast Telegraph July 31, 2008 that hypnosis is a "highly effective treatment that taps into the unconscious to release the roots of problematical thoughts and beliefs that make flying a white-knuckle experience."
Effective hypnotherapy addresses the fear of flying and then works to 'reset' the system so
that even under duress clients can access feelings of relaxation.
Hypnotic Worlds fearless flying hypnosis script offers a wonderful advantage. Instead of concentrating on age regression and pinpointing as many practitioners have
done, this hypnosis script works with 'mental rehearsal.'
Most professional athletes call it working the psychological game, others describe it as visualization. Still others talk about engaging their mental game. What all these seemingly different approaches describe is hypnosis mental rehearsal. These are all variations on using the mind to influence an aspect of your reality, in this case getting on a plane comfortably.
The University of Chicago tested basketball players by measuring their free throw performance. The study was designed to measure any effects 'mental rehearsal' would have on their ability to make free throws. The study separated the athletes into three groups. Group A practiced shooting free throws in the gym for one full hour a day. Instead of practicing their shots Group B simply laid down on the gym floor and 'visualized' or imagined themselves successfully shooting free throws. Poor Group C did nothing. As part of the study those in Group C were told to not even touch a basketball. Don't play, don't practice, and don't dribble.
At the end of thirty days Group C, the players who were barred from practicing showed no improvement in performance. The skill of many in this group actually diminished. Not surprisingly Group A, those that practiced an hour a day in the gym showed an increase in performance of twenty four percent.
What's really amazing is that the athletes in Group B, the ones using only visualization, imagining themselves successfully shooting free throws, showed a performance increase of twenty three percent. That's only one percentage point away from those who physically worked out in the gym for the same time every day. Such results are incredible.
